The Qantas Aircrew Club was formed in 1955 for the sole purpose of providing sporting and recreational equipment and facilities for crew members while away from home base. The club has grown substantially in the past 70 years and has a membership of 5000 as November 1st 2025
Bike combo lock is 0747. Bike helmets MUST be worn when using club bikes. Equipment and facilities for use on duty only. Not for use in the city where you are based
Members who borrow club bikes must NOT leave them unattended and even though locked with the devices supplied by the club. Shopping centres in LA and HNL are notorious for bike theft and we have lost many bikes over the years through members ignoring these rules. Bikes must not be taken to your hotel room.
Excess Plus – Australian based crew only. If you have an at fault accident in a vehicle registered and insured in your name you are able to claim up to $750 back on production of receipts – contact for a claim form
Overseas Leisure Travel Insurance – Australian based aircrew only – Covers you as the primary member and any Group A or C who travels with you for at least one international sector on that particular trip. There is no need to call Covermore to advise them of your travel details.
If you are operating on any international sector and any of you Group A or C beneficiaries accompanies you they will be covered under this policy. Aircrew are not covered by this policy while on duty and away from home base.
Goodlife Gyms/Fitness First IMPORTANT!
On your first arrival please advise you are part of the Qantas Aircrew Club.
They have a Corporate agreement and require a personal profile to be loaded.
You will be required to complete the necessary induction paperwork (pre exercise health questionnaire and 24/7 safety induction)
This process will be required at Fitness First and Goodlife.
Once completed this will not need to be done again.

- You will be issued with the respective Fitness First, Goodlife or Zap access card. Replacement of this card if lost is at your expense
- Fitness & Lifestyle Group will issue a list of all visits by club members to Qantas Aircrew Club main office. This will include users names and membership numbers as well dates and the location of the gym used.
- The Qantas Aircrew Club will be charged for each visit. Each account received will be audited and members visits will be checked.
- Only to be used during a slip/overnight while away from home base and on duty
