Club Terms & Conditions

The Qantas Aircrew Club is a private organisation for Pilots and Cabin Crew employed by Qantas Airways and other subsidiary companies. Only Pilots and Cabin Crew who are financial members of the club are entitled to utilise the equipment and facilities available while on company service.

Australian based current staff and former staff may be offered “Guest Membership”. This form of membership is strictly limited to the “Overseas Leisure Travel Insurance” facility.

Overseas based cabin crew financial members are not eligible for the “Overseas Leisure Travel Insurance” however are entitled to utilise the equipment and facilities available while on company service.

Membership Fees

Full Membership – Only current Aircrew are able to apply for full membership. Aircrew employed directly by Qantas and paid through their payroll system have their fees of $9 a week deducted automatically from their salary.

Those employed by JetConnect, Jetstar, MAM, QantasLink, Network Aviation, Express Freighters and eligible overseas based crew are unable to use the payroll deduction facility and must pay the yearly fee in advance.

Guest Membership – Available to current and former staff employed by Qantas Airways and its subsidiary companies
